O.U.R. Journey and Underground Ministries spent time up at Tall Timber, and it was exactly what was needed. Away from the noise of daily life, we were able to slow down, breathe, and truly connect with one another.

From exploring to late-night conversations around the fire, our youth and mentors showed courage, vulnerability, and leadership. They supported each other, tried new activities, and created memories that will last for years. Our mentors were right there beside them, guiding, laughing, listening, and reminding them that they are never alone on this journey.

Trips like this are more than just “getaways.” They are healing spaces. They’re where trust is built, walls come down, and young people get to be themselves. We are proud of every youth who showed up, stepped out of their comfort zone, and embraced the experience.
