Group Classes & 1:1 Sessions with Trained Mentors

Our mentors are extensively trained in the Credible Messengers Model, equipping them to advocate for racial justice by influencing policies, practices, attitudes, and actions that promote equitable power, access, opportunities, treatment, and outcomes for Black and Brown leaders. Through this transformative approach, we empower young people to thrive and strengthen communities for collective success.

This training integrates into our group classes and one-on-one sessions, guiding youth toward positive community engagement and meaningful personal growth.

We provide culturally responsive, peer-led support services that foster healing and overall well-being for BIPOC youth and young adults. Our program includes on-site, one-on-one counseling and peer-led support groups, offering safe spaces for self-exploration, resilience-building, and empowerment. Through a holistic approach to health and wellness, we incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and art therapy to help participants heal from trauma, enhance their mental and emotional well-being, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Experimental Leadership

We empower youth by recognizing and building upon their strengths through meaningful relationships. By exploring opportunities that may have once seemed out of reach, we open new pathways for growth, learning, and leadership development. Through group and one-on-one sessions, we cultivate essential skills that equip them for long-term success.

Politicizing our youth.

Helping youth, their families, and schools understand the historical policy impacts in our communities, building up to what currently impacts us, and how we evaluate our youth’s voice to effectuate change.

Healthy Masculinity.

Learning how to tap into our best selves. Understanding our trauma promotes healing to gain healthy, impactful relationships that produce results in all areas of our lives.
