Our Mission Is To Help Gang-Affected Youth Open Their Hearts, Minds, And Souls Through Self-Empowerment And Healing, Thriving With Self-Respect And Confidence, And Returning To Loving Themselves, Family, And Community.

O.U.R. Journey’s Vision Is To Engage With Youth And Build Rapport, Trust, And Relationships With Some Of The Most Hurting And Alienated Youth In Our Community And Those Showing Gang Attraction Or Involvement.
About Us
Our programs help any trauma-infused youth showing gang attraction or involvement. Our main demographic is Hispanic or Latinx youth. We provide one-on-one care through a culturally sensitive, peer-based model supporting education, health, and wellness through trusting relationships. We work alongside at-risk youth, providing mentorship and resources to support and empower their reentry with positive community involvement.
