At-Risk And Youth Reentry Intervention
Our At-Risk Intervention Program provides strategic, trauma-informed support for youth and young adults involved in or at risk of gang affiliation. Through structured sessions, we explore the deeper “WHY” behind gang and power group involvement, addressing the social, emotional, and systemic factors that contribute to these choices.
Our approach focuses on the transference of leadership skills, helping participants recognize their innate strengths and redirect them toward positive, community-driven pathways. By fostering critical thinking, self-awareness, and personal growth, we empower youth to break cycles of violence and build a future rooted in purpose, opportunity, and resilience.
Through peer-led mentorship, group discussions, and one-on-one support, participants gain the tools to navigate challenges, develop leadership potential, and access new opportunities for personal and professional success. Our program creates a safe space for self-reflection, healing, and empowerment, ensuring that every young person has the chance to redefine their path and contribute meaningfully to their community.
